The JOHN DEERE 2650 was manufactured in Mannheim, Germany from 1987 to 1994. Part of the 50 Series from JOHN DEERE, the 78-horsepower utility tractor was a successor for the JOHN DEERE 2450. After its production run, the 2650 was replaced by the JOHN DEERE 2850.

The JD 2650 is fitted with a JOHN DEERE 3.9-litre, four cylinder turbocharged diesel engine.
