The CGM-QC is equipped with a servo-controlled infeed, an automated straight cut saw and an optional die module. The easy-to-use graphical interface (JMC Grid Maker option) will automatically determine the appropriate cut length and fabrication based on the entered window size and number of grid lights required. Cut files may be manually entered, loaded by USB jump drives, or downloaded via an available network connection. Utilizing quick change fixtures and die modules, the CGM-QC is designed to be a versatile processor capable of fabricating multiple types of grid profiles and screen material.
