| Description: | The shredding chamber walls are covered with HARDOX 500 material for long-term life-cycle and friction resistance. Machine is fully automated by a PLC control. All electrical and electronic parts are by SCHNEIDER and SIEMENS Brands. Scrap material keeps getting shredded by the blades which are placed on rotor and side walls until they become small enough to pass through the sieve.If the sieve is not in use,shredded materials will be the same size as width of blades. Movement of the rotors are provided by a reductor which is driven by an electric motor. The rotors move independent from each other. The shredder can be loaded by a conveyor or a grab.
