| Description: | TOX process monitoring CEP 300 2-channel The devices of the CEP300 series are measuring systems for process monitoring of the TOX®-sheet joining process. During process monitoring, the maximum force during a TOX® joining process is compared with the setpoint values set in the device. A good / bad message is output both on the internal display and via the external interfaces provided. Measuring principle: Force position monitoring The force is picked up by a strain gauge force sensor behind the die or punch (monitoring the peak value). The position is recorded with the help of a precision limit switch +/- 0.01mm. From the measurement of the position the X-dimension can be determined. For the quality test, both parameters - force (= peak value of the TOX® joining process) and X dimension (residual soil thickness) - are required.
