PT-100 temperature sensor, pneumatic cylinder for lid opening top and the main lid has pneumatic operated clamps. Water dosing system with flowtransmitter (E&H), vacuumsystem with vacuum pump, aeration valve and pressure indicator. Scraper agitator 7.5 kw - 49 rpm. Pressure in bowl vacuum up to + 0.8bar overpressure max temp: 117C. Control panel with Siemens S7-300 PLC and touch screen HMI in English. Emptying by pneumatic outlet valve DN100 or by tilting the unit, elevator to fill unit with trolley and documentation.
