| Description: | FRYMA-KORUMA model MZM/VK7 laboratory/product development scale vacuum mixer/homogeniser. The Fryma Koruma MZM/VK7 is designed for liquid/solid phase mixing/blending of creams, ointment, gels etc. Integrated unit constructed in 316 grade stainless steel, supplied new in 2004. The MZM/VK7 is mounted onto a stainless steel support frame with stainless steel control panel. 11 litre conical upper chamber with jacket section. Detachable clamped top cover with top mounted mixer, vessel light/viewing window with wiper, vacuum connection to vacuum pump, indicator gauge. The MZM/VK7 has a high speed 100mm dia homogenising workheadhead, under driven from an 11.58kw 400v 50hz motor. Two additive ports with direct feed to homogeniser. Product discharge system can be set to discharge via a valve controlled recirculation system for multiple pass cycling of product. Vessel rated at -1 bar & 100 C, jacket rated at 2.5 bar. The MZM/VK7 is CE marked. |
