| Description: | Capping machine with alternate movements equipped with a feeding conveyor with independent motorization. |On the machine infeed the bottle is detected by a photocell then enter in a working star wheel where the operations on the bottle are executed. |The capping unit is composed by an unscrambler with automatic loading that load the caps on a linear track by an elevator. |Depending by the type of cap set on the size the following capping operations are enabled : 1) PRESSURE CAP - cap pick up and mechanical positioning on the bottle |2) SCREW CAP - cap insertion into the capping head equipped with 3 spindles, screwing with torque check |3) PFP - cap pick up and mechanical positioning on the bottle, sealing made through Beca head |In case of errors during the capping operations, the bottle is rejected by a device positioned on the machine outfeed |A photocell detect the correct rejection and stop the machine and the transport conveyors if the bottle is not detected |Speed Up |
