All wearing parts are replaced (including the X-axis spindle), the hydraulic movement of the Z-axis is replaced by a ball-screw spindle, and the geometry of the machine is restored according to the TSCHUDIN protocol. The hydraulic control of the machine is replaced by a Siemens 840D SL control. As part of the overhaul, the entire machine is repainted. Commissioning takes place on site by the company M. + M.
